This company installed a new gate system at our community in June 2023. They did not bother to download any of the resident information into the new system prior to the install. NO ONE can get into the community. This is company inept, apathetic and sell terrible products. When you call them for help they have zero interest in helping you. Amy Mosey at Western Gate was especially rude and not helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM. UPDATE August 2023 Our communities gate system still does not work. Staff at Western Gate does not return calls or care at all that their product does not work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I lost my remote garage door opener. After buying the wrong new one I tried Western Door support.
Matthew Melton from support spent a good deal of time with me via multiple text messages and basically guided me step by step to resolve my problem (saving me a lot of money).
I've never had this kind of remote support before.

I was directed by my HOA to purchase a replacement Gate remote from them. The website was very easy to navigate and there was a live chat button in case you have any questions. Ross was great, patient and professional. The turn around time was about 24 hours and you have a choice to either have it mailed to you or pick it up yourself. Make sure to sign up for their email advertisement because they send you a coupon code within 15 minutes you use on your order.
I ordered two remotes from Matthew and He was great. He even got me hooked up with a much better remote. I went and picked up the remotes the next morning because I didn't have time to get them that day. When I went in the office everyone was so pleasant. The girl that got the remotes for me even programed them for me and made sure I knew how to change the batteries and program them. She was just great. Nice people skills. I will tell all of my friends what a great place this is.
Boo On this company. They originally installed my 2 driveway auto gates about 6 years ago. I was having issues and wanted them took at it. The gentleman comes out and was a very nice guy. We determined i really just needed a gate bolt. and he said it was $5 for the bolt and if i wanted him to put it on it was 119$. I said no thanks on the labor. $119 to put on a bolt that literally took less than 5 minutes was nuts. so he said i could just buy the bolt for $5. he called in to get an invoice from the office and they then tried to tell me i had to pay for a service call. I declined stating that no one ever said that there was a charge to come out. So they put me on hold to talk to the boss. They came back and said don't worry about the service charge and just pay for the materials. So they sent the invoice to the service guy waiting here and he scoffed and showed me the invoice. they were now trying to charge me $74 dollars for the $5 bolt. I told him never mind and to take his bolt back with them. I drove to the next nearest gate company and bough the bolt for $10. Will never talk to this place again, that was just plain ridiculous. Shame on them. i understand if they want to charge a service fee for coming out but you HAVE TO tell the customer prior to arriving not afterwards. There are plenty of places that offer free estimates to come out and look.
